65% Madagascar Dark Chocolate
Our 65% Madagascar dark chocolate is made with fine-flavor, heirloom cacao from the Sambirano Valley. Sourced from Akesson's Bejofo Estate, where cacao is grown, fermented, and dried right at the farm. That level of care shows up in the flavor from the very first bite.
The first thing you’ll notice is the fruit. A strong, natural strawberry note comes through right away, followed by a clean cocoa finish.
The result is bright, slightly tangy, with surprisingly little to no bitterness for a dark chocolate.
It’s the kind of bar that changes what people expect dark chocolate to taste like.
