Our whole yellow corn is produced on sustainable farms and harvested when the kernels are fully mature and dry. Unlike sweet corn, harvested when the kernels are immature and still contain natural sugars, whole yellow corn has a firmer texture and a nuttier flavor. Hence, making them so suitable for cornmeal!
It is a good source of fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals, making it a great addition to a healthy and balanced diet.
Whole yellow corn can be prepared in various ways, including boiling, roasting, grilling, baking, or milling to make flour. Grind whole yellow corn into cornmeal or masa harina to make tortillas, tamales, and other traditional dishes from Latin America and the Caribbean.
