Doc Brown is a 50/50 split of our Ethiopia Washed Guji Kalimaz and Ethiopia Natural Yirgacheffe, developed 5% above our standard roast profiles for added texture and viscosity as espresso. The result is a velvet mouthfeel that holds up in milk, hits clean as a straight shot, and brews beautifully as a filter coffee too.

The washed side brings clarity and structure. The natural side brings depth and sweetness. Together they take you somewhere interesting — every single time.
