Ingredients: Black Tea, Oolong, Pu-erh, Lapsang Souchong, Allspice, Cardamon Pods, Cardamon Seeds, Cinnamon, Clove, Ginger Root, Orange Peel, Pepper.

Brewing Instructions: To get full flavor and benefits, brew 2 teaspoons per 8 oz. of water at 195°F/90°C for 2-3 minutes.
