Harvested and produced using traditional granite millstones in Italy, this all natural fresh lemon extra virgin olive oil is produced by crushing the olives and lemons simultaneously in the same press without the use of any added essences. This process allows for the essential oils from the lemons to harmonize with the oil of Coratina olives. The producer hand harvests these olives from Andria, near the Adriatic coast.
Drizzle onto sautéed vegetables for added zest and brightness, toss into a grain salad, or even use to make a delicious homemade aioli. This year’s Lemon is a bright, subtly sweet upgrade from the prior harvest!
