EJU FROZEN SALTED MACKEREL 

It is a natural product caught in Jeju Island. It provides only healthy fish that overcame the strong waves off Jeju Island to provide taste and freshness. 

The Jeju croaker is famous for its low-fat fish meat. Over 80% of domestic croakers are caught in the near-clean sea of Jeju Island.
This product is not salted, and all generations can take it with out concern for saltiness.

Recipe

• Grilled
  Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Place the fish directly on the pan while still frozen. This method locks in the juices, giving the fish a richer flavor.
• Steamed
  Place the fish in a steamer along with seasoning and vegetables. Steam for 15-20 minutes for a flavorful and tender dish.
• Braised Fish
  In a pot, cook vegetables and sauce together first. Then, add the fish. Once it starts boiling, reduce to medium heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Safe Handling Instructions:
1. Thawingisbestdoneslowly intherefrigerator at a low temperature.
2. After opening, there is a risk of spoilage, so it's best to cook and eat it immediately. 
3. There's no need to rinse the fish again since it has been cleaned thoroughly.
4. For juicy and flavorful taste, grill frozen the fish on a heated pan.
