Cooking Methods
Grilled Cutlassfish
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and place on a strainer tray for seasoning.
- Place in an oven, microwave or frying pan and cook on low heat until golden brown.
- For juicy and flavorful taste, grill frozen cutlassfish on a heated pan.
Spicy Braised Cutlassfish
- Layer cut radish and potatoes in the pot, top with cutlassfish, and boil with gochugaru and gochujang.
- Simmer on high, add chili, onions, and cook on low until the fish absorbs the flavors.
Cutlassfish Soup
- Put the cutlassfish, chili, pumpkin in boiling water and boil until the cutlassfish is cooked.
- When the hairtail is cooked, add the cabbage and season it with salt.
- Add red pepper powder or red pepper according to your preference.
Storage Instructions
Do not refreeze after thawing, as it may affect product quality.
