Jeju Frozen Mackerel Fillet 500g

Carefully prepared and packaged using wild-caught mackerel harvested from the clean, pristine waters of Jeju.
Because these mackerel are caught in the coastal waters surrounding Jeju, they are exceptionally fresh and of superior quality.
Rich in vitamins and Omega-3, mackerel is often called “barley of the sea” for its high nutritional value.

Processed hygienically and neatly packaged in a HACCP-certified facility to ensure safe delivery.

Cooking Methods

Grilled Fish

1. Place the fillet in an oven, microwave, or frying pan and cook over low heat until golden brown.

Braised Fish (Jorim)

1. Slice radish or potatoes and place them at the bottom of a pot. Add the fish on top and season with red pepper flakes and red pepper paste.

2. Bring to a boil over high heat until reduced, then add chili peppers, green onions, and onions. Continue simmering over low heat until fully braised.

Steamed Fish

1. Steam the fillet for 15–20 minutes. Top with chopped green onions or wild chives for a clean, delicate steamed dish.
   (Serving with an oriental-style dipping sauce enhances the flavor.)

Storage Instructions

Do not refreeze after thawing, as it may affect product quality.
Store frozen at –18°C or below.
