The Blend

Our Irish Breakfast Tea is a traditional combination of hearty black teas from:

• Ceylon (Sri Lanka) – bright and citrusy

• Assam (India) – malty, deep, and robust

Together, they create a rich, brisk cup with:

• Spicy, jammy aroma on the leaf

• Deep malty body

• A bright, lively (“buzzy”) mouthfeel

• Rounded sweetness on the finish

This is a tea meant to carry you through the morning—strong enough to stand on its own, yet smooth enough to enjoy with a splash of milk.

Irish Breakfast has been temporarily blended with a slightly more robust Ceylon for added depth.

Brewing Instructions

• High caffeine

• Steep at 212°F

• Brew for 3–5 minutes
